These Terms explain how we operate, what you can expect from us, and what we require from you to keep everything moving efficiently.

Payment & Getting Started

All services are prepaid. You are welcome to ask questions or submit documents for review, but work begins only after payment is received. Payment activates your order, opens your file, and allows us to allocate time and resources.

Most services are invoiced after initial review. Once your invoice is paid, your order is active and processing begins.
A 3% convenience fee is applied to all credit and debit card payments to cover processing costs.
ACH and Wise are accepted for clients who prefer to avoid card processing fees.
Once your order is in motion, it cannot be paused or reversed.

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations before work begins are eligible for a full or partial refund.
Rescheduling is allowed with no penalty.
FBI IdHS and Cardscan: Non-refundable once fingerprints are received, scanned, or transmitted.
Apostille Services: Non-refundable once submitted, couriered, or entered into a government queue.
If an issue is caused by our error, we correct it or issue an appropriate refund or credit.

Delays caused by incomplete information or carrier issues (FedEx, USPS, DHL) do not qualify for refunds of service fees.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Technical Requirements: Working camera, microphone, stable internet, and up-to-date browser. Each signer requires a unique email.
Identification: U.S. citizens may use valid government photo ID. Non-U.S. citizens signing abroad must use a valid passport or U.S./Canada/Mexico government ID.
Documentation: Documents may be in any language, but notarial wording must be in English.
Legal Responsibility: We do not provide legal advice. You are responsible for document accuracy and suitability.

Apostille & Authentication

We coordinate apostilles (States), authentications (U.S. Dept. of State), and embassy legalizations.

Florida Apostille (Rush): approx. 2–3 business days.
Other U.S. States: Timelines and expedited options vary by jurisdiction.
U.S. Department of State: approx. 10 business days.
Embassy Legalization: Varies by country.

Government Notice Final decisions and timelines are determined by government agencies. We do not guarantee acceptance by foreign governments or third parties. Delays in sending required original documents will delay your order.

FBI Background Checks (IdHS)

Results are typically produced within 24–48 business hours after fingerprints are processed.
Internal security protocol includes credential analysis and biometric identity verification for all clients.

Mandatory Retrieval (Outside U.S.)

Clients outside the United States must not attempt to retrieve FBI results directly.

Critical Security Warning Do not attempt to access your report from a non-U.S. IP address or without a U.S. phone number. This may cause the FBI to lock the file, requiring a full resubmission at your expense.

Forward the FBI email with report link/password to results@idhs.us.
This authorizes us to retrieve and deliver your report via encrypted access.

Verified Vault Access™

Verified Vault Access™ is an optional service available for an additional $49 fee. It provides secure digital storage of your notarized documents.

Protected using zero-knowledge, end-to-end encryption.
Access credentials cannot be recovered if lost.
This is a convenience service, not a legal records retention system.

Compliance & Liability

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Our services are administrative. Once documents are submitted to a government agency or carrier, they are outside our control. We are not liable for third-party delays or errors.

We reserve the right to refuse service if identity cannot be verified or fraud is suspected.
